I'm Echo. And I chose me.

Self love advocate, coach, author, and your reminder that the second half of your life belongs to you.

My story

I spent a long time being everybody's everything.

And then one day I made a decision that changed everything. I chose me. Not perfectly. Not without guilt. But I chose me anyway.

I am a South Side Chicago woman who has since set foot in seventeen countries, because I stopped waiting for permission to live. I am a mother. I am a survivor. I am proof that it is never too late to come home to yourself.

Whatever you call it, God, Spirit, the Divine, that quiet voice has been whispering the same thing for years. Come back to yourself.

What I believe

01

Choosing yourself is not selfish. It is overdue.

02

You can love God and still feel the Universe conspiring for you.

03

You can honor everybody you have ever cared for and still decide it is your turn.

This is the work I do now. I walk with women in the second half of life while they choose themselves, out loud and on purpose.

And if you are reading this thinking it might finally be your turn, beautiful, it is.
